Returns within 30 days of your purchase- a must, postmarked with the date and customers are responsible for all return shipping costs.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be:
Unused and in the same condition that you received it
In the original packaging with all tags
Free from foreign smells (IE: tobacco, pet, perfumes)
Free from pet hair/dander, etc
Apparel: Folded nicely (not rolled or crumpled)
Breakable items must be packed and shipped back to us properly/ We cannot accept returns that break during transit.


Several types of goods are exempt from being returned/non-returnable items include:

Downloadable software products
Some health and personal care items/personalised-merchandise intimates such as undergarments or bathing suits

To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase.

Please do not send your purchase back to the manufacturer; returns sent to the manufacturer or returned to sender will not be refunded.

Gifts

If the item was marked as a gift when purchased and shipped directly to you
You will receive a gift credit for the value of your return.
Once the returned item is received, a gift certificate will be e.mailed to you.

If the item was not marked as a gift when purchased, or the gift giver had the order shipped to themselves to give to you later, we will send a refund to the gift giver-he, or she will find out about your return.



Shipping

To return your product, mark it as returns- you should mail us- luc@giftwic.com.

You will be responsible for paying shipping costs for returning your item.
Shipping costs are non-refundable/if a refund is approved, the original shipping cost- will be deducted from the refund.

Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you may vary.

Should you wish to ship an item over $75-aprox.£55.50, you should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance, as we do not guarantee we will receive your returned item.


Special Circumstances

Order Not Received:

If your order status shows as delivered and you did not receive the item, please do not attempt to make a return or exchange instead-you may follow up with the carrier listed on your order status reference page.
Giftwic is not responsible for lost or stolen packages, nor undeliverable / refused packages.
Packages refused or returned to the sender will be processed as a return, and we will not attempt to re-ship.
These include orders that could not be delivered- due to incorrect address information entered during the ordering process.
These types of returns orders are eligible for a refund for the cost of goods / not the shipping charge (if applicable) will not be refunded.

Defective Items Received
If you feel the product you received is defective, please submit an e.mail within 7days of the delivery date to customer support at luc@giftwic.com with the subject: The item received was defective-attaching photos in your mail showing the defective area of your product along with a brief description of the issue.
Our customer support team will reach back out to you within the next business day of your mail with follow up instructions to be determined on a case by case basis.
To resolve the issue as quickly as possible, please DO NOT attempt to send defective items back as a return.

Order Discrepancy
If you feel the product delivered is not the product you ordered, please submit an e.mail- 7 days of the delivery date, to customer support at luc@giftwic.com, with the subject line: Order discrepancy.

Please also attach photo(s) of the item(s) you received/our team will be sure to review your order and send instructions on how to proceed once we receive the photos and documents required.
If it was an error on our part/we will be sure to send you the corrected items.

Order Cancelations & Edits

Please be aware that for certain selected items, as the warehouse processing has issued shipping, unfortunately, these order items cannot be cancelled once submitted due to the quick-timing of the order processing stages
To attempt an order cancellation before processing, you must send an e.mail immediately after placing your order to customer support at luc@giftwic.com, with the subject line- Cancel Order.
We are only able to process requests for cancellation during office hours Monday-Thursday.

Order Edits

If your order has already been created and processed by the warehouse department
The order will ship to the address submitted at the time of procurement.

Before submitting an order, it is the customer responsibility to ensure that the information entered is correct, as Giftwic is not responsible for replacing orders that have incorrect information/Ship To entered by the customer.

• How long will it take for my order to arrive?
An example of orders shipped within the USA will typically arrive within 8-business days during peak holiday seasons/pandemics- or severe inclement weather deliveries within the USA should be expected within 30 business days (note that business days excludes weekends and holidays).
We will provide a link in your confirmation, making it easier to check the status of your order at any time.

The orders (outside of the USA) may take up to 4 weeks to arrive-during peak holiday times, pandemics or when there is severe inclement weather, items may take up to 10 weeks to arrive.

•How long will it take for my order to ship?
The orders will typically ship within 3 to 7 business days/in some cases, during peak holiday seasons, pandemics or with severe inclement weather, it may take currently up to 18 days.

• Why have I not received my package?
Please check the tracking on your package.
If your order status shows as delivered and you did not receive the item, please follow up with the carrier listed on your order status page.
We are not responsible for lost or stolen packages.
Please note that order tracking information may not be up-to-date on orders outside the USA.

Agreeing to the FedEx/according to FedEx International Mail Service provides additional visibility to your economical international shipping, is not a tracking process.
Fed Ex hands your package off to the local postal authority/there can be a lag time of 2—4 days where your package is not visible-not every-country scans their packages or performs the set of scans.
Fed Ex is not responsible for packages once they have been provided-processed to the local postal authority.

• What happens if my order is refused or returned to sender?
Orders that are refused or returned to sender will be processed as a return and are not re-shipped/these include orders that could not be delivered/due to incorrect address information entered during the ordering process.

These types of returned orders are eligible for a refund for the cost of goods (shipping is not refundable)
